P‌ROCESSING TIME:
Orders are sent out within 1-5 business days
All orders are fully tracked. If you didn't receive your tracking number, try checking your spam filter. If you still don't see the email, feel free to reach out and we can help!
ADDRESS CHANGE:
If you need your address changed, please contact us as soon as possible!
Double check that your shipping address is up to date! Remember to add important things like apartment/P.O box numbers if applicable. Miokii Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Please note that if a package has already been shipped out an address change will not be possible.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If the package is forwarded back to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer to schedule redelivery (additional shipping fee will apply).
If we don't receive a response within 3 days, or if a buyer refuses a package upon delivery, the package will be considered unclaimed. A buyer with an unclaimed package will be issued a refund once the package is successfully forwarded back to us, but please keep in mind that the contents will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

‌ For our customers outside of the United States, please be aware that the shipping fee does not include any potential custom fees, taxes, or duties should they occur. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional customs fees.

Q: I need an item by a certain date, will it arrive in time?
A: Feel free to reach out to us and we can look into it! The ETA shipping dates shown at the checkout are estimations that are provided by each respected carrier, and may not accurately reflect the true delivery date of your order. Priority Mail shipments are not guaranteed to arrive faster OR by a certain date. We do not offer compensation for late packages. Please take this into consideration before purchasing an item needed by a short deadline.
Q: Is my package lost in transit?
A: If the tracking number for your package hasn't been updated in over a week, please reach out to us at shop.miokii@gmail.com so we can help.
Q: My package tracking number says it's been delivered, but I haven't received it.
A: Please contact the carrier of your package as soon as possible (USPS or UPS, depending on which shipping carrier you chose) so they can help you locate it. At times carriers accidentally scan the package prematurely and it ends up being delivered 1-2 business days later.
