All orders are fully tracked. If you didn't receive your tracking number, try checking your spam filter. If you still don't see the email, feel free to reach out and we can help!
If you need your address changed, please contact us as soon as possible!
Double check that your shipping address is up to date! Remember to add important things like apartment/P.O box numbers if applicable. Miokii Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Please note that if a package has already been shipped out, an address change will not be possible.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If the package is forwarded back to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer to schedule redelivery (additional shipping fee will apply).
If we don't receive a response within 3 days, or if a buyer refuses a package upon delivery, the package will be considered unclaimed. A buyer with an unclaimed package will be issued a refund once the package is successfully forwarded back to us, but please keep in mind that the contents will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
For our customers outside of the United States, please be aware that the shipping fee does not include any potential custom fees, taxes, or duties should they occur. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
