Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are sent out within 1-3 business days.
Tracking is always included. If you didn't receive your tracking number, try checking your spam filter. If you still don't have an email, feel free to reach out and we can help!
ADDRESS CHANGE:
If you need your address changed, please contact us within 12 hours!
Double check that your shipping address is up to date! ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ Remember to add important things like apartment/P.O box numbers if applicable. Miokii Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
If the package is forwarded back to us we will reach out to you to schedule redelivery OR issue a refund for the item minus initial shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For our customers outside of the United States, please be aware that the shipping fee does not include any potential custom fees, taxes, or duties should they occur. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
